May I return a product?

Anson Calder Brand products:

All Anson Calder branded products are backed by our Better Way Guarantee. Use it and love it for 100 days. If you don’t, return it for free. Please refer to our Better Way Guarantee for details, restrictions or to complete a return.

 

Partner Products sold by Anson Calder:

Our return policy is good for 30 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.  Fill out the return form at the bottom of this page to return an item.

We cover shipping for returns in the United States and select countries. Other countries require a shipping fee for returning. Feel free to contact us to determine the exact shipping rate for returning an item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturing error. Once we have created a shipping return label for you, the product must be shipped back within 7 days to be eligible for a refund.

  

Custom and Monogrammed products:

Please note that custom or monogrammed products are not eligible for returns or exchanges but are protected under our warranty.

 

Additional Information:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

How do I exchange a product?

If you need to exchange an item, simply email us at customerservice@ansoncalder.com or contact us here. We will send you the instructions and shipping information.

Credit Card Charge Dispute Policy

Prior to disputing a credit card charge with their bank or credit card company, the user agrees to notify AnsonCalder.com and allow them to make a good faith effort to remedy the dispute. The user further agrees that no dispute will be initiated based on claims of fact that cannot be substantiated.
