How do I know if I successfully placed an order?

You will receive an order email confirmation once your order has successfully gone through. You will also receive an email when your package has been shipped and delivered. If you believe you placed an order but may have mistyped your email, please contact us.


I need to change my order, what should I do?

Our goal is to fulfill orders quickly, so if you need to make a change to an order, we ask that you reach out to us as soon as possible. Please contact us.

Orders received before 6pm EST Monday-Friday, ship the same day. Orders after 6 PM EST will ship the next business day.
