May I return a product?

8 Reasons Why Anson Calder Products Have An Extremely Low Return Rate (<1%, to be Exact)


 

We stand behind our products and our return policy is good for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturing error (refer to our warranty below).
Once we have created a shipping return label for you, the product must be shipped back within 7 days to be eligible for a refund.

Your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We cover shipping for returns in the United States and select countries. Other countries require a shipping fee for returning. Feel free to contact us to determine the exact shipping rate for returning an item.

Please note that all custom or monogrammed products are not eligible for returns or exchanges but are protected under our warranty.

Additional info: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
